Thanks to its slim and handy design, the device can be conveniently operated with one hand and is ideal for on-site testing or mobile use in production and laboratories. Despite its compact size, it delivers precise results for quickly assessing whether a material is insulating, dissipative or conductive.
The Health & Safety - Surface Resistance Meter uses gold-plated, spring-loaded electrodes that ensure excellent contact with a wide variety of surfaces and minimize contact resistance. All electrodes are replaceable ATE quality pogo pin probes, made from beryllium copper with a hard gold plating of at least 60 microinches - robust, durable and precise.
The two-point probe head is directly connected to an integrated surface resistance measuring device, which measures the surface resistance at a test voltage of approx. 9 volts. The measurement results are shown on a colored LED display. This allows the ESD properties of a material to be clearly recognized at a glance.
With its combination of precise technology, easy handling, compact design and clear LED display, this Health & Safety is the perfect solution for quick on-site testing, quality control and ESD compliance tests in production, laboratories and development.... The measuring rangeThe Force Gage is used to precisely check the tension of belts in machines and systems, thereby ensuring optimum power transmission. This Force Gage measures the oscillation frequency of the belt and immediately calculates the belt tension, which is displayed directly in newtons. The measuring range is between 10 and 680 Hz, with an accuracy of ±1 Hz for frequencies below 100 Hz and ±1% for frequencies above 100 Hz, with a total error of less than 5%.
Special features of the device include the flexible gooseneck sensor for hard-to-reach areas and the option to directly enter the belt length, belt mass and belt width (max. 999.9 mm), which makes the calculation of the belt tension particularly precise. The Force Gage can be switched between displaying the oscillation frequency in Hz and the calculated belt tension in N. It is powered by 3 × AA batteries, making it flexible to use.
This Force Gage is primarily used in the maintenance of conveyor systems, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and wherever belts need to be tensioned precisely to ensure the performance, safety and service life of the equipment.... This handy digital Force Sensor offers three freely selectable operating modes: real-time, hold, and peak value. It supports five different units of measurement (cN, oz, kgf, N, lb) and achieves a measurement accuracy of ±2.5% FS.
The Force Sensor is equipped with an integrated USB interface, which enables convenient data communication. Recorded data sets can be transferred to PC software for further processing and exported as an XLSX file. A total of up to 41 data groups can be stored on the Force Sensor, which supports systematic process control.
Thanks to variable thickness adjustment and a measuring head width of 65 mm, the Force Sensor offers high flexibility for a variety of applications. The Force Sensor is widely used in the wire and cable industry, the textile and chemical fiber industry, the metal wire and carbon fiber industry, as well as in many other sectors.
This Force Sensor impresses with its ease of use, precise measurement results, and versatile applications, making it the ideal solution for professional measurement tasks. The Force Sensor is powered by 2 AA batteries, which can be charged using the supplied mains adapter.... It is used wherever CO can occur - for example in homes with gas boilers or fireplaces, in workshops with running engines and in boats, motorhomes or other enclosed spaces with combustion appliances.
The Thermometer records CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a high resolution of 1 ppm. The Thermometer also measures relative humidity and temperature, whereby the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on an easy-to-read 2-inch LC display with backlighting.
For even more convenience, the Thermometer has a standby mode that can be activated manually. If no input is made within 60 seconds, the display switches off automatically - but the device remains active. In the event of increased CO values, the Thermometer warns with a visual and acoustic alarm. This is supported by a traffic light function: green for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. As soon as the limit value of 100 ppm is exceeded, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a possible hazard. Thanks to the integrated lithium battery, which is conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use.... Read More |
