Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a special device for temperature-insensitive materials with a maximum drying temperature of up to 360 °C. It is ideal for applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling, as well as especially for building materials such as cement, concrete and gravel and the chemical industry, including powders, granulates and pastes. With a maximum sample weight of 220 g and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, it enables precise moisture measurement.
The operating principle is based on drying with simultaneous weighing, whereas the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 375 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 360 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer ensures quick, precise drying, even with challenging materials. Parameters such as % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight / kg and residual weight are available for the measurement evaluation, allowing the sample to be analysed in detail.
An automatic power-off function stops the drying process automatically when a constant weight is reached. The automatic power-off can be controlled via three adjustable criteria: start of sampling, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval, allowing flexible and precise control of the process. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer also has a timer that can be set from 1 to 180 minutes. The menu lock protects against accidental adjustment of the parameters and can be secured by PIN whereas the calibration mode (CAL) remains accessible. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer also has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles.
The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer offers GLP-compliant output of all data via the Data Bridge software. Intermediate values can be printed at individually adjustable intervals if required. In addition, all data is transferred via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The printer can be deactivated if required. Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. The balance also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
With its robust design and ability to reach high drying temperatures, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a reliable device for moisture determination and process control in various industrial and scientific applications.... The moisture analyzer uses the halogen method to dry the material sample. Moisture content is calculated based on the weight difference before and after the drying procedure. The moisture analyzer's halogen-heated drying chamber is suitable for the testing and analysis of samples of materials such as wood, pellets, biomass, granules, feed, food products and pastes.
Thanks to an impressive resolution or readability of 0.01 g / 10 mg, the moisture analyzer can determine the smallest weight differences. The moisture analyzer also covers the full moisture content range, from 0 ... 100%, with a moisture content resolution or readability of 0.1%. Measurement values are displayed clearly on the large, easy-to-read LCD screen.
The moisture analyzer features an adjustable drying time (1 ... 99 minutes) and an adjustable drying temperature (+40 ... +199 °C). Up to 16 different drying profiles or programs can be stored to the memory of the moisture analyzer, ensuring a controlled, repeatable testing process for accurate results time after time. Calibration of the moisture analyzer can be performed at any time using the automatic calibration function and the included 100 g weight. ... The measuring range of the device is 0 to 100 The Damp Meter is used in various building materials such as concrete, wood, screed, plaster, walls, and other materials and is particularly suitable for construction, renovation, or craft work where the moisture content must be reliably determined. The measuring range of the device is 0 to 100 digits, with a high resolution of 0.1 digits, so that even the smallest changes in moisture can be detected. The Damp Meter works non-destructively and measures the moisture content at a depth of 20 to 40 mm / 0.8 to 1.6 in without damaging the surface of the material. The measurement results are displayed both numerically and analogously on an easy-to-read 2.4-inch LCD display, the backlighting of which can be switched off if required. For easy evaluation of the moisture content, the Damp Meter has DRY, RISK, and WET modes, whose limit values can be set individually. It also offers practical measurement functions such as HOLD for holding values and MAX/MIN for recording maximum and minimum values. The integrated capacitive sensor ensures precise measurements, while the automatic switch-off after 30 minutes conserves the lithium battery. Charging is convenient via USB-C.
Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the Damp Meter is ideal for mobile use on construction sites, for construction supervision, or for assessing water damage. Craftsmen, site managers, or renovation specialists can use the device to quickly and reliably determine the moisture content in wood, concrete, screed, plaster, and other building materials. The Damp Meter thus offers a professional solution for anyone who needs precise, non-destructive moisture measurements.... Our Moisture Balances is a high-precision device that has been specially developed for plaster analysis. With a maximum weighing capacity of 220 g and a measuring resolution of 0.001 g, it enables exact and reliable moisture measurements. The balance works on the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing. During drying, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass.
The balance has two adjustable heating temperature ranges: 40 °C ... 180 °C and 105 °C ... 360 °C - which are made possible by two powerful radiant heaters: a 250 W infrared heater and a 375 W quartz heater. These heating elements ensure precise and efficient drying results and can be operated independently of each other in timer or automatic mode. For measurement evaluation, the device offers various parameters such as % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight / kg and residual weight, which enable the sample to be analysed.
The functions include an automatic power-off function, which stops the drying process when the constant weight is reached. The automatic power-off can be set to three criteria: start of sampling, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval. This allows a high degree of flexibility in controlling the drying process. There is also a timer that can be set from 1 to 180 minutes. Our device is also equipped with a menu lock that prevents accidental adjustment of the parameters. The menu can be locked using a PIN whereas the CAL menu item remains available. The Moisture Balances has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles. However, this function is only available in combination with the light emitter.
The Moisture Balances offers GLP-compliant output of all data via the Data Bridge software. Intermediate values can be printed at individually adjustable intervals if required. In addition, all data is transferred via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The printer can be deactivated, if required. Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. The balance also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
