The Our portable Material Tester was developed to determine the moisture content of 25 different types of seed quickly, easily and precisely. The measuring range is typically between 3% and 80% moisture, depending on the type of grain, with a resolution of 0.1% and an accuracy of ±0.5%. The required sample quantity is approx. 90 ml, which allows quick and uncomplicated use directly on site. The Material Tester works on a capacitive basis and utilizes the compression of the sample caused by filling and sealing to increase the measuring accuracy.
The device has an alarm function for individually adjustable upper and lower limits, a display of minimum and maximum values and a function for calculating the average value. It also offers a data storage function for up to 240 measured values, a user-friendly keypad and automatic temperature compensation.
Thanks to the described compression, the Material Tester provides reliable measured values for checking storage and processing maturity. The grain moisture analyzer is suitable for professional applications where accurate moisture determination of grain is required.... The measuring range of the device is 0 to 100 The Damp Meter is used in various building materials such as concrete, wood, screed, plaster, walls, and other materials and is particularly suitable for construction, renovation, or craft work where the moisture content must be reliably determined. The measuring range of the device is 0 to 100 digits, with a high resolution of 0.1 digits, so that even the smallest changes in moisture can be detected. The Damp Meter works non-destructively and measures the moisture content at a depth of 20 to 40 mm / 0.8 to 1.6 in without damaging the surface of the material. The measurement results are displayed both numerically and analogously on an easy-to-read 2.4-inch LCD display, the backlighting of which can be switched off if required. For easy evaluation of the moisture content, the Damp Meter has DRY, RISK, and WET modes, whose limit values can be set individually. It also offers practical measurement functions such as HOLD for holding values and MAX/MIN for recording maximum and minimum values. The integrated capacitive sensor ensures precise measurements, while the automatic switch-off after 30 minutes conserves the lithium battery. Charging is convenient via USB-C.
Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the Damp Meter is ideal for mobile use on construction sites, for construction supervision, or for assessing water damage. Craftsmen, site managers, or renovation specialists can use the device to quickly and reliably determine the moisture content in wood, concrete, screed, plaster, and other building materials. The Damp Meter thus offers a professional solution for anyone who needs precise, non-destructive moisture measurements.... Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a precise device for determining dry matter and ash content in Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer up to max. 95 cm³ sample volume / weighing range 200 g / adjustable heating temperature / GLP-compliant printout of all data / software (optional)
Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a precise device for determining dry matter and ash content in samples. It is suitable for applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, storage, trade, research and recycling. With a maximum sample weight of 200 g and a high resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables exact measurements of the moisture content and the ash residue.
The device works on the principle of drying and incineration with simultaneous weight measurement. During the drying process, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. Thanks to a heater output of 375 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 600 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer offers quick and flexible drying and incineration of samples. Various parameters are available for measurement evaluation: % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd, g residual weight / kg, residual weight, % residue on ignition and % loss on ignition. These measured values allow a detailed analysis and precise determination of the dry matter and ash content.
The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer has a customisable automatic power-off function with three individually adjustable criteria: detection start, weight decrease per detection interval and detection interval. These functions ensure flexible control of the drying process. In addition, the dry substance, residue on ignition and moisture content can also be determined using the timer, which can be set between 1 and 180 minutes. To manage samples, up to nine parameter combinations are available in the programme memory, which can be adapted to different sample types.
A menu lock with PIN prevents accidental adjustment of the parameters. The CAL menu item remains available to enable calibration at any time. The PreFlash function shortens the drying time at temperatures up to 180 °C and thus speeds up the entire process. The balance also has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles.
The device offers GLP-compliant output of all data via Data Bridge. Intermediate values can be printed at individually adjustable intervals. Data can be easily transferred via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The integrated printer can be deactivated if required. Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. The moisture balance also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
The moisture balance is suitable for temperature-insensitive materials in various areas, such as building materials like cement, concrete and gravel. The moisture balance can also be used in the chemical industry and in biogas plants to reliably check the moisture content of powders, granulates, pastes and organic materials.... Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer has been specially developed for light and bulky materials. It has an exceptionally large drying pan and is suitable for applications in the fields of raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling.
With a maximum weighing capacity of 400 g, a volume of 360 cm³ and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables precise and reliable moisture measurements. The balance works according to the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing: the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 2 x 400 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 360 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer offers quick and flexible drying of samples. The device provides various parameters for analysis, including % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight/kg and residual weight.
The practical functions include an automatic power-off function that stops the drying process when a constant weight is reached. This can be flexibly set to three criteria: sampling start, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval. A timer with an adjustable duration of 1 to 180 minutes is also available. A menu lock protects the parameters against unintentional adjustment; the menu can be locked by a PIN whereas the CAL menu item remains accessible. The balance offers up to 9 programme memory locations for easy handling of drying profiles.
Data is output via an RS-232 interface or a USB connection. An optional software is available for transferring data to a PC. GLP-compliant documentation is carried out via the Data Bridge as the balance does not have an integrated printer. However, an external printer can be purchased separately to output the measurement data directly. A 4-digit device ID also enables the unique allocation of the measurement data. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is ideal for applications in the wood, agricultural and plastics industries, e.g. for shavings, animal feed or granulates. It delivers precise results even at very low moisture contents.... Read More | Accuracy to 0.01 %
