The Our portable Material Tester was developed to determine the moisture content of 25 different types of seed quickly, easily and precisely. The measuring range is typically between 3% and 80% moisture, depending on the type of grain, with a resolution of 0.1% and an accuracy of ±0.5%. The required sample quantity is approx. 90 ml, which allows quick and uncomplicated use directly on site. The Material Tester works on a capacitive basis and utilizes the compression of the sample caused by filling and sealing to increase the measuring accuracy.
The device has an alarm function for individually adjustable upper and lower limits, a display of minimum and maximum values and a function for calculating the average value. It also offers a data storage function for up to 240 measured values, a user-friendly keypad and automatic temperature compensation.
Thanks to the described compression, the Material Tester provides reliable measured values for checking storage and processing maturity. The grain moisture analyzer is suitable for professional applications where accurate moisture determination of grain is required.... With its resistive measuring principle and robust ram electrode, the Damp Meter enables reliable and precise moisture measurements in up to 42 different types of wood. User-defined materials can also be added. Depending on the material, the measuring ranges extend from 3.5% to 150% wood moisture, with a high resolution of 0.1% and a repeat accuracy of ±0.5%. Temperature compensation can be performed both manually and automatically to ensure accurate results under different environmental conditions.
The Damp Meter has a 2.8"" LCD display that shows the current measurement value as well as the ambient temperature and humidity. Statistical functions such as the display of minimum, maximum, and average values support the evaluation of the measurement data. The measured values are stored internally, and the data can be easily transferred, analyzed, and archived via the USB-C interface and the supplied PC software. The menu navigation is available in several languages, including English, French, Spanish, and others. The Damp Meter is operated via clearly arranged function keys. Various measurement modes, such as the choice between % wood moisture and % water content, as well as the option to create user-defined materials, offer flexibility for different applications. The powerful LiPo battery ensures a long operating time of up to 22 hours. Thanks to its IP52 protection rating, the device is protected against dust and dripping water.
The Damp Meter is ideal for use in wood processing, construction, drying processes, and for quality control of wood and wood-based materials.... Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for temperature-insensitive materials is suitable for Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for high temperatures up to max. 600°C / weighing range 200 g / Adjustable heating temperature / 4-inch LC display / 4-digit device ID / software (optional)
Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for temperature-insensitive materials is suitable for various applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling. With a maximum sample weight of 200 g and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables precise moisture measurement.
The moisture analyser works on the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing. During drying, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 375 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 600 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer ensures fast and flexible drying of the samples. For measurement evaluation, the device offers various parameters such as % moisture, % dry mass, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight / kg and residual weight, which enable the sample to be analysed.
The functions include an automatic power-off function which stops the drying process when a constant weight is reached. The automatic power-off can be set to three criteria: start of sampling, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval. This allows a high degree of flexibility in controlling the drying process. There is also a timer that can be set from 1 to 180 minutes. Our device is also equipped with a menu lock that prevents accidental adjustment of the parameters. The menu can be locked using a PIN whereas the CAL menu item remains available. The balance also has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles.
Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. All data can also be output via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer guarantees GLP-compliant documentation. The data is output via Data Bridge as the balance does not have a built-in printer. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
Our moisture analyser balance is suitable for temperature-insensitive materials and can be used in various areas. These include building materials such as cement, concrete and gravel, the chemical industry with powders, granulates and pastes as well as sewage treatment plants for analysing sewage sludge....
