Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a precise device for determining dry matter and ash content in Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer up to max. 95 cm³ sample volume / weighing range 200 g / adjustable heating temperature / GLP-compliant printout of all data / software (optional)
Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer is a precise device for determining dry matter and ash content in samples. It is suitable for applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, storage, trade, research and recycling. With a maximum sample weight of 200 g and a high resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables exact measurements of the moisture content and the ash residue.
The device works on the principle of drying and incineration with simultaneous weight measurement. During the drying process, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. Thanks to a heater output of 375 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 600 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer offers quick and flexible drying and incineration of samples. Various parameters are available for measurement evaluation: % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd, g residual weight / kg, residual weight, % residue on ignition and % loss on ignition. These measured values allow a detailed analysis and precise determination of the dry matter and ash content.
The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer has a customisable automatic power-off function with three individually adjustable criteria: detection start, weight decrease per detection interval and detection interval. These functions ensure flexible control of the drying process. In addition, the dry substance, residue on ignition and moisture content can also be determined using the timer, which can be set between 1 and 180 minutes. To manage samples, up to nine parameter combinations are available in the programme memory, which can be adapted to different sample types.
A menu lock with PIN prevents accidental adjustment of the parameters. The CAL menu item remains available to enable calibration at any time. The PreFlash function shortens the drying time at temperatures up to 180 °C and thus speeds up the entire process. The balance also has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles.
The device offers GLP-compliant output of all data via Data Bridge. Intermediate values can be printed at individually adjustable intervals. Data can be easily transferred via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The integrated printer can be deactivated if required. Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. The moisture balance also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
The moisture balance is suitable for temperature-insensitive materials in various areas, such as building materials like cement, concrete and gravel. The moisture balance can also be used in the chemical industry and in biogas plants to reliably check the moisture content of powders, granulates, pastes and organic materials.... Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer has been specially developed for light and bulky materials. It has an exceptionally large drying pan and is suitable for applications in the fields of raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling.
With a maximum weighing capacity of 400 g, a volume of 360 cm³ and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables precise and reliable moisture measurements. The balance works according to the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing: the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 2 x 250 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 40 °C to 220 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer offers quick and flexible drying of samples. The device provides various parameters for analysis, including % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight/kg and residual weight.
The practical functions include an automatic power-off function that stops the drying process when the constant weight is reached. This can be flexibly set to three criteria: sampling start, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval. A timer with an adjustable duration of 1 to 180 minutes is also available. A menu lock protects the parameters against unintentional adjustment; the menu can be locked by PIN whereas the CAL menu item remains accessible. The balance offers up to 9 programme memory locations for easy handling of drying profiles. Data is output via an RS-232 interface or a USB connection. Optional software is available for transferring data to a PC. GLP-compliant documentation is carried out using the Data Bridge software as the balance does not have an integrated printer. However, an external printer can be purchased separately to output the measurement data directly. A 4-digit device ID also enables the unique allocation of the measurement data.

The relative humidity meter PCE-MA 200 allows different materials to be weighed and their moisture contents determined. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the relative humidity meter dries the material to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference. The relative humidity meter can determine the smallest weight differences thanks to a readability of 0.001 g. The results are displayed on the large LCD display. Up to 15 different drying programs can be stored in the memory of the relative humidity meter. Accordingly, the relative humidity meter is suitable for quality control of wood products, granules, pellets, feed, food, pastes and more. With the included 100 g weight, the relative humidity meter can be calibrated at any time.... Read More |
