A lab water system (or laboratory water purification system) provides a consistent, pure, and adjustable source of water essential for many laboratory experiments. There are a variety of laboratory water systems, including deionized water systems, high flow lab water systems, reagent grade water systems, reverse osmosis water purification systems, and ultrapure water systems. A high and low flow (and ultra-pure) water system regulates a continuous water flow of up to 12L/minute, purifying the water with ion exchange systems and reverse osmosis to achieve up to 18.2 megOhms of resistance; equipped with 0.22-0.2 micron ultra filters to remove pyrogen, endotoxin, RNase and DNase. Laboratory water purification systems can also employ UV radiation to eliminate microorganisms. A laboratory water system can either draw water directly from the tap or from an accompanying reservoir. Lab water systems can be customizable, and meet NCCLS, ASTM, and cap specifications for Type 1 water.

Pure and ultrapure laboratory water from a single system We understand how important it is for scientists to obtain a choice of water qualities. This can range from primary grade for simple routine washing and rinsing to ultrapure for the most critical science and analytical applications.
80 years of innovation experience With this in mind, we applied our expertise gained from 80 years of innovation in water purification technologies to design the unrivalled PURELAB® range. Our reliable water purification systems are constructed from the highest quality components to ensure optimal purity. Built-in economical processes result in the lowest consumable costs with the highest water quality and precision.
Analyzing your feed water quality At ELGA, we do not speculate or work on assumptions about your water quality. On our first visit to your laboratory, we will carry out a test onsite, which analyzes your feed water quality. Along with the data about your laboratory's water quality, required applications, lab design, and budget, our sales team will deliver an informed proposal with the best water purification solutions to meet your needs.
