Calibration Gas Generator / Gas Calibration Equipment

Calibration gas generators are used to mix calibration gasses for techniques such as GC or gas detector calibration and are capable of calibration gas generation at sub-ppm to % gas concentrations. Gas calibration equipment can be utilized to produce single calibration gasses as well as mixing multipoint gas calibrations. Oftentimes meeting requirements for various regulatory bodies such as NIST, gas calibration generators can automate the process of mixing trace concentration calibration gas. For laboratories requiring high ppm or % concentration calibration gas, ensure a sufficient flow rate is offered by the calibration gas generator. Calibration gas equipment typically has onboard screens for user input and to display real-time information, however, certain models also offer additional options such as PC interfacing for control and monitoring.

DescriptionInquireThe EcoFlex™ Permeation System is designed for creating trace concentration gas mixtures. Mixtures are produced by diluting the minuscule flow of vapor emitted by Trace Source™ permeation (or diffusion) tubes with a much larger flow of inert matrix gas, typically nitrogen or zero air. Mixtures ... Read MoreThe KIN-TEK Generator FlexStream™ System is ideally suited for creating trace concentration – ppm, ppb, and pptr – mixtures. The FlexStream™ uses KIN-TEK Trace Source™ disposable, refillable and diffusion permeation tubes for over 550 Supported Chemicals. Permeation tube oven with wide temperature ... Application of this principle is meaningful when the moisture content of the background diluent gas exceeds 10 percent of the minimum concentration to be generated. Calibration is based on the change in analyzer response caused by the ... Read More
