Description | The FT/IR-4X Spectrometer is a compact FTIR spectrometer with a 30 % reduction in power consumption, an integrated diamond ATR and a full-sized sample compartment that can accommodate many legacy accessories. The sealed Michelson interferometer protects the beam splitter, ceramic light source, diode-laser, corner-cube mirrors and calibration standards for long trouble-free operation. Wavelength resolution of 0.4 cm-1 is not normally possible in compact instruments, but the 4X makes gas analysis easy in its small form factor. Other features include excellent signal-to-noise, multiple detectors, rapid scanning and IR microscopy (including linear array).
Spectra Manager 2.5 software allows users to develop predefined methods for their custom sampling and analysis applications, executing them with a single button press.
