The SLP Reagent set is intended for the use as a detection mechanism for peptidoglycan and (1?3)-ß-D-glucan. Quantification of PG and BG through use of a microplate reader, tube reader or toxinometer. Visual estimation of PG and BG can be preformed, attributed to melanin color development.
