Description
The BVC Basic is an easy-to-use solution for fluid aspiration in cell culture labs. With its portable design as well as the option of adding a second hand controller, the BVC makes working in the lab more convenient. Built-in features like a 0.2 µm hydrophobic filter and optional quick connect couplings increase safety while managing potentially harmful fluids. The BVC Basic is designed to connect to an external vacuum source such as a VACUU·LAN® vacuum network, central vacuum system or stand-alone pump. A mechanical regulator ensures an optimal vacuum level in the bottle for efficient aspiration. The BVC Basic comes standard with a VacuuHandControl VHCpro and is available with either a 2L glass collection bottle for use with aggressive disinfectants or a heavy-duty 4L polypropylene bottle. The BVC family of fluid aspiration systems is designed from the ground up to meet the needs of the modern cell culture laboratory.
