RISE™ – Raman Imaging and Scanning Electron Microscope from WITec GmbH

RISE™ stands for Raman Imaging and Scanning Electron microscopy. Developed by WITec, it is the industry’s first production fully-integrated Raman-SEM system to use a common sample chamber for correlative measurements. It can automatically link ultra-structural surface properties to molecular compound information with software-controlled shuttling of the sample between two measuring positions. The RISE Microscope combines all features of a stand-alone SEM and the confocal Raman imaging microscope alpha300 within one instrument.
