The OMNIS Sample Robot Oven is designed for automated thermal sample preparation and high-throughput Karl Fischer moisture analysis. It is ideal for samples that require elevated temperatures to release water, are poorly soluble, react with Karl Fischer reagents, or for routine high-throughput testing where users want to load samples, walk away, and return to completed results.
The system can be equipped with one or two oven modules and supports up to 154 samples using two 77-position racks, depending on vial size. With temperatures up to 300°C and the option to use ambient air or nitrogen as carrier gas, it provides flexible, unattended operation for both challenging samples and productivity-focused laboratories
