Description
The CLïR 5000 Ultra High-Purity Water System produces up to 2.5 lpm of 18.2 Megohm Type I water quality on demand. Our most convenient and intuitive system yet, includes a batch-programmable touch-screen display that constantly monitors & displays output quality and system operations in real-time. High-capacity quick-change cartridges, internal recirculation, resistivity monitoring, and leak detection are all standard features. The CLïR 5000 is available with UV and UF options as well as multiple mounting configurations, including remote dispensing, offering optimal flexibility.
The water is purified using a staged purification process which includes high-purity ion exchange resins to remove dissolved minerals. Flexible mounting options allow for countertop, wall-mount, or undermount installation and enable optimal use of lab counter space. Available options include ultraviolet light for bacteria sterilization and TOC reduction, and ultrafiltration for pyrogen removal and nuclease free water. Final bacteria filtration to remove particulates and bacteria as the water exits the system.
The CLïR 5000 series is designed to be simple, dependable, and hassle-free. Choose from four (4) models designed for everything from simple chemistry to complex genetics applications:
- CLïR 5100 – base model. (perfect for basic academia, IC, and buffers)
- CLïR 5200 – includes 185/254 nm UV filtration. (perfect for HPLC, MC-MS, and trace organics)
- CLïR 5300 – includes ultrafiltration. (perfect for life sciences, cell culture, and microbiology)
- CLïR 5400 – includes UV and ultrafiltration. (perfect for DNA sequencing, PCR and electrophoresis)
