Description
The iCinac is a fully integrated system for monitoring the acidification kinetics of Lactic Acid Bacteria (L.A.B.) fermentation. Available in wired and wireless versions, it simultaneously monitors pH, temperature, and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) across multiple independent channels. The wired version can also act as a multi-channel L.A.B. bioreactor controller, driving external systems such as peristaltic pumps and heating circulators, while the wireless version reduces cabling and footprint for monitoring-only setups. The iCinac supports the development, testing, and process control of ferments in starter, functional, bio-protective, and probiotic cultures.
