Description
The 45 position N-EVAP has the largest number of sample positions in the N-EVAP line, and provides the least expensive price per position. This time-tested, durable system is ideal for laboratories that evaporate a large number of varied samples at once.
The 45 position unit features two concentric rings of sample positions. The outer ring holds up to 30 samples of 10-19 mm OD, and the inner ring holds up to 15 samples of 16-30 mm OD and a minimum height of 70 mm.
Like the rest of the N-EVAP line, the needles on the 45 position can be raised and lowered individually, while needle valves allow precise adjustment of the gas flow rate at each sample position. Samples sit in a heated water bath under gentle nitrogen blowdown, leading to efficient sample concentration. Additionally, the 45 position N-EVAP includes a side control box, which includes a pressure regulator, timer, and digital temperature controller. In order to prevent damage to delicate samples, the timer provides the option for the heat and gas to shut off once the cycle is complete.
