Coupon for full risk maintenance/repair valid for 36 months from the date of issue
The coupon entitles the repair and calibration of any brand and model micropipette.
The full risk coupon includes:
Cleaning and decontamination of the pipette Replacement of worn-out components such as: Tip holder O-ring Seal Piston Any additional necessary spare parts Calibration according to specifications in compliance with ISO 8655-2 Issuance of the calibration report with the results of the accuracy and precision measurements performed One coupon is required for each pipette. For P5000 pipettes, P10ML, multi-dispensing and multi-channel pipettes, two coupons are needed.
Each pipette is returned to the sender with its corresponding calibration document and a 6-month warranty on the replaced spare parts.
If the pipette is not repairable, it will be returned to the sender along with the coupon attached to it.
THE GILSON ITALY SERVICE CENTER IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER FOR THE REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF GILSON PIPETTES.
Technical interventions on pipettes are carried out by specialized and qualified technical staff from Gilson Italy, using original spare parts and Accredia-certified instruments. Our pipettes are designed, manufactured, and calibrated according to the specifications and methods of the ISO 8655 standard. The service is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Maintenance, control, and calibration interventions for pipettes will take place at our Gilson Italy S.r.l. Technical Assistance Center located at Via Matteotti, 98 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
