Fresh phosphate buffer solution according to Sorensen's prescription can be obtained with this powder. To make 1L solution using 1 package of each powder and purified water, 1/15 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) can be prepared. It is usable for biochemistry purposes such as bacterial culture and giemsa staining. Pkg: 10 x 1 L
