Master Bond Polymer System EP42HT-2Med is a two component, high temperature resistant epoxy for medical device assembly. Is is USP Class VI approved and passes ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity. It withstands different types of repeated sterilization cycles. It has an easy to use 100 to 40 mix r.atio by weight or 100 to 50 by volume. The system bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass, as well as plastics and rubbers.
