Description
The Paradyme™ 27GY STR System co-amplifies and detects 27 loci using 8-dye fluorescent detection, including the expanded CODIS core loci, three Y-STRs (DYS391, DYS570, DYS576) and Amelogenin, plus two internal quality indicators (QIS and QIL). Reduced-Stutter Polymerase lowers stutter before interpretation, simplifying mixture analysis and helping reveal minor-contributor alleles.
