The product has helped in the proper utilization of resources, as those that were normally reserved have been diverted to other functions. Researcher time, reagents, and instrumentation are more effectively utilized without any regulatory sacrifices. The product has helped in regulatory compliance and is very easy to use, so training, retraining, and user review time have been saved. However, due to some database issues, valuable instrument uptime was lost. The lack of update to some of the features has also decreased the utilization of the instrument. There were also some issues using some of the features, as there is much less wiggle room for customization.
