This PCR machine contains very flexible programming and run time of the each cycle and is very fast. I can also standardize temperature through this machine easily, and I can run multiple samples together. This machine is very easy to handle and also easy to understand the various steps of the machine. This machine provides highly reproducible results. I am not facing any issues so far with this machine so I am not having any cons for this instrument yet.
