Fast Real Time PCR System for Gene Expression Analysis

This real-time PCR system is very easy to handle and helps in gene expression analysis with fast qPCR protocol. The important part is once you learn how to feed the program and process your samples in the machine it is straightforward to work with the instrument. Also, the software attached to the machine allows you to see your experiment performance which helps you to decide your next move. Though this is a good machine for qPCR experiments, I faced some challenges, for instance when you need to wait for almost 30-45 minutes at the end of the experiment and machine will show you the remaining time only 1 minute. Also, the machine should have at least two ports to put your sample tubes so multiple experiments can run simultaneously. It is important when you are standardizing your protocols.
