The Olympus stereo microscope is a very elegant and efficient microscope, which I required for positive roots selection during transformation experiments. This tool was critical for me to check the positive roots through the GFP filter of this microscope, I wasn't able to move forward for the long-running protocol/experiment. This microscope was straight forward to use. I am not having any complaints so far with this machine/instrument.
