Micro-Centrifuge to Extract High Amounts of DNA

I use the Microcentrifuge 5424 machine for DNA extraction in order to get a high concentration of molecules. This centrifuge easily gets down to a cool temperature and isolates the DNA properly. With this centrifuge it is very easy to handle steps and set the rotation speed, time, and temperature. It also has a very flexible lid to open and close and a highly efficient method to change the rotators. The one issue with this microcentrifuge is that it is hard to go back and forth with low and high temperatures. If you set it to a lower temperature it won’t immediately come back to high temperatures after setting it up.
