Eppendorf’s Flexlid Mastercycler™ is a highly reproducible amplification machine. It is very efficient to run your samples in this thermal cycler. High temperature protocols on this machine do not affect our PCR tubes, we just need to put the support tubes on the sides for optimization. The machine’s lid is very good quality and it easily controls the heat that is generated during the process. You can keep two different sizes of tubes in this machine however, it is preferable to use only use similar types at one time, which is sometimes a drawback, specifically when you have a lot of samples to run all together.
