Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic Acid Test Kit

This kit was used to analyze hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid concentration in comparing different GRAS status sanitizers for keeping pathogen counts low in poultry products. The kit was easy to used and it is based on drop based titration.
