The MaxyGene II Thermal Cycler can be configured to work at different temperatures in the block between one and six. This thermal cycler provides improved performance by reducing time and by-steps, simplifying workflow. We use this machine in our lab on a daily basis and we need to reserve this machine in advance to use, as it provides very accurate and highly reproducible results. There are no complaints so far, I am very satisfied working with it.
