This homogenizer is small and can handle four tubes at a time, but it is good when you have to handle a small number of samples. When I have to extract tissue of small size for standardization purpose I use this machine for tissue preparation by converting it in to the powder specially when I have to run the extracted powder for metabolomics running. This helps me to get high amount of powder for methanol extraction even with less amount of sample, which further eases my chromatographic experiments. It is very easy to handle and helps to get high concentration of sample with small tissue sizes. It is highly recommendable for sensitive experiments like metabolomics analysis.
