Good Machine for Gene Quantification

Real time PCR is a important tool for biological sciences covering lot of its sub fields. In recent years, big data generation through transcriptomics and gene expression analysis becomes very popular and if you have similar set up at your work place then this machine could be a good choice. We are having couple of them at our lab and we are using them for a while and they are very reliable machines to quantify the gene expressions. The issue that I had faced for this machine was working its software and plate set up functionality initially but the technicians were super helpful in that process.
