Nice Instrument, Provides Moderately Good Results

We have this machine in our department for a long time and it's used by several researcher. For me this machine is moderately good. I use this often and it's good to run the normal PCR reactions but don't have positive results for the standardization procedure. Overall it is a nice PCR machine for gene amplification.
