This spectrophotometer is very effective in the quantification of nucleic acid with a single drop of the samples. Very easy to use and have a wi-fi connection with a touch base screen. We have recently purchased this machine and found it is great compared to our traditional spectrophotometer. I recommend this instrument for nucleic acid measurement.
