This is a versatile and accurate cell counter. I did my cell count with standard hemocytometer and when I counted the same sample with this instrument there was <1% difference. You can optimize the count by adjusting gating for cell size and other parameters. It can measure fluorescence in the FITC and PE channels allowing for use with 1 and 2 color experiments also.
