Simple assay and excellent results for in vivo work! Mice are injected subcutaneously at a dose of 50mg/kg body weight at regular intervals as chosen for the experiment. Fix and process the tissue (4% PFA + dissection into PBS or cryosectioning). Follow manufacturer's protocol designed for in vitro samples.
