Anti-Sox9 Antibody
I used the anti-Sox9 antibody to stain a 1 day old mouse cochlea and visualize Sox9 expression in all regions. The antibody worked well in the first attempt and there were no issues when used directly on the tissue or on OCT/Gelatin sections. Antibody dilution is 1:200. Works with and without antigen retrieval.
