Anti-MYO7A Antibody
This is a great mouse alternative to the rabbit Myo7a antibody popular to stain cochlear hair cells within the inner ear. This antibody definitely requires an antigen retrieval step (incubation in 10mM sodium citrate buffer at 85 deg for 15 minutes). It works well at 1:200 dilution on both whole tissue and sections. Visualized here is a 12 day old cochlear section with hair cells stained by this antibody.
