OriGene antibodies are pretty high quality. This antibody is very good, not expensive, and it arrives quickly. It's very clean, specific and for immunofluorescence and WB works very well. I highly recommend this product for good price and quality. The dilution may need to be adjusted with other cell types.
The preparation of the culture cells with blocking with BSA 5% for 1 hour then incubation ON and secondary antibody for 1 hour is great. For WB the dilution 1:1000 is perfect. I tested other antibodies and this one is the best for mCherry with Zyxin. Labeling mCherry with Zyxin fits with its known function. Overall all it's great. Highly recommended.
