Works Very Well for Detecting mCherry

Liver cells were transfected with an adenoviral construct expressing mCherry. Goat Polyclonal tdTomato Antibody works very well for detecting the expression of mCherry. The Goat Polyclonal tdTomato Antibody is a good antibody and I personally highly recommended this product. Serum was used as a blocking agent for 1 hour and the incubation with the antibody was overnight.
