Very Strong and Very Specific Signal

HeLa Cells were stained with Goat Polyclonal Anti-RFP Antibody. The expression of my construct fits very well with the staining. I highly recommended this product. For the cells preparation, they were blocked with serum as blocking agent for 1 hour at 20°C and incubated with the primary antibody for overnight. Secondary antibody was 1:400 for 1 hr. The signal is very strong and very specific. Works great.
