The Vi-CELL MetaFlex analyzer can measure a large variety of metabolites, nutrients, etc from primary samples or cell culture. Using less than 100 µL, it is able to measure pH, glucose, O2, CO2, lactose and more. Measurements are ~1-2 min per sample, so it's reasonably fast. Cost of the consumables can add up however.
