We use the Rudolph J157HA Refractometer for the brix analysis of our corn syrups. The instrument offers the highest level of accuracy to the level of RI ±0.00002, BRIX ±0.01 and helps us regulate the sugar content & comply with the food quality norms of our international customers. With dual control temperature in place, we are able to apply heating to both sides of the sample. Also, we can customize the interface of this device & select between the full featured interface or Load-and-Go™ display interface as per our production/analysis requirement.
