Works Well When Used Properly

We use this product to process lung tissue from mice. Overall, it works very well, but you really need to follow the instructions for inserting and removing tubes. Small plastic pieces will easily break off if tubes are not placed with a vertical motion. Also, the motors sometimes stick, and you will get an error when first starting a program (simply wait a few seconds before walking away). These issues are all easily fixed with proper usage. The end result gives us cell counts comparable to what we get using manual digestion.
