We are using the GD-Profiler 2 Glow Discharge Spectrometer in our lab especially for depth profiling. We are doing analysis of mostly Hydrogen, Carbon, Oxygen, and Lithium in our research work. It provides in-depth & quick elemental depth profile analysis of thick and thin layers. Our analysis consists of the 215 to 515 nm wavelength range and this instrument supports up to 800 nm wavelength which is a pretty good range. I recommend this definitely for analysis of conductive or non-conductive materials.
