Prepare wash buffer dilution in advance. Crystals can form in the concentrate, so make sure to thaw well in advance. I used this cytokine array kit to see differences in the expression of cytokines between MPL+DNM2 double knockout mice and MPL knockout mice. Bone marrow supernatant sample was used for the experiment. The first two columns are standards in duplicate. Results showed differences in at least 3 cytokines between the Mpl+Dnm2 double knockout vs the Mpl knockout mice.
