Efficient and Accurate Automated Cell Counter

This is a standard automated cell counter for trypan blue counting (other models have fluorescent capability). Troubleshooting is needed for your specific sample. This machine has performed better for clean, homogenous cell populations such as cell culture or splenocytes. Not as accurate for mixed populations. Purchasing the reusable cell counting chamber is recommended, otherwise you will use many disposable plastic counting slides (2 counts per slide).
