Poly-L-lysine (PLL) hydrobromide is an amino-acid/coating substrate used to promote cell adhesion in stem cell and neuronal culture. For stem cell culture 1% of 10mg/mL PLL stock is recommended for coating dishes. Same concentration is used for neuronal cultures, in addition to Poly-L-ornithine.
