For us this was a really disappointing 'upgrade' from Scepter 2. In terms of functionality and connectivity the counter is fine but it does not come with any analysis software as the Scepter 2 did, so if you want to:
- count percentage 'gated' cells (viability)
- overlay/compare histograms
-then you are on your own.
The software was actually what made the old Scepter 2 instrument useful for us, without it we don't have time to perform all the analyses manually.
