Fast purification - After alkaline lysis of overnight E.coli culture, plasmid containing supernatant is carefully added to the silica column and purified plasmid DNA can be eluted just after two wash steps in less than 30 minutes. This kit can purify up to 1.2mg of plasmid DNA and it also avoid the use of toxic chemicals like phenol and chloroform.
