Roller Mixer for Antibody Conjugation and Tissue Fixation

The Stuart roller mixer is a good instrument for efficient antibody conjugation reactions in western or immunoprecipitation experiments. This SRT6D model can rotate to a maximum of 60 RPM. It is a quiet and continuously running machine. We are using this roller mixer inside the refrigerator for experiments where protein integrity is important and it is working rock solid at 4-degree temperature for more than a year now. The roller tubes used in this mixer are made of plastic material that can be cleaned with less effort and any accidental spillages from the rolling sample tubes will be collected in the drip tray and can be discarded later.
