Efficient and Economical Polymerase Enzyme

The Go Taq Flexi DNA polymerase is an efficient and economical enzyme which is very effective for the multiple PCR reactions to perform DNA amplifications. The polymerase enzyme efficiency plays a key role for the success of PCR experiments and I use it for gene amplifications for cloning and transformation experiments. Though it is slightly costly as compared to the regular polymerase, for specific amplifications it works economically. I am happy to use it for gene specific amplifications and will recommend it to be used by other researchers.
