As we prepare 100 sequencing plates in a day to be run with the Illumina platform, it is necessary that the sample plates be sealed very well and for that purpose the Bio-Rad PCR plate sealer is perfect to work with. Very easy to use, you just need to run your program, which you can feed in the machine, and keep your plate to get sealed; only thing is you will need to buy the required quality and specific brand sealers which can be an extra expense for the lab.
